Where are you based?
We ship orders out of Silver Spring, Maryland, United States of America.
Where is your fabric from?
Our country cloth is designed and handwoven in Liberia, West Africa by our small weaving and design team. Our mudcloths are sourced from Mali, West Africa.
What are the products that your company sell?
We sell outerwear for men and women along with customized and select apparel made with natural handwoven textile. The collection also include scarves, headbands, throw pillows, throws, dishes and original art.
What happens if what I want is sold out?

What are the taxes that I have to pay?
Sales taxes are based on your shipping address.
How long does it take before l receive my order?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect address entered.
How long will it take before I receive my custom order?
Please allow up to three to four weeks for custom orders
What do I do if I never received my order?
We are not responsible for any shipping courier delays or not receiving due to a wrong address entered.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
If a product you receive is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Defective products include holes, large misprints, and broken zippers. Please also note that our products, with the exception of art, are handwoven and handcrafted. There may be signs of small blemishes and/or imperfections. All that gives it the authenticity and character that we pride ourselves with. Those will not be considered defective.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please ensure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed.
